Diabetic case of body pain and weight loss.:
A man, 57 years old, 175cm, 67kg.
First consultation on April 16, 2021
Medical history: Suffering from diabetes for 7 years.
Patient: I have lost 5kg in the past 2 months. Pain and numbness all over the body, trembling all over due to sweating and wind, and easy to catch a cold.
Inpatient diagnosis: diabetic retinopathy, diabetic nephropathy, diabetic peripheral vascular neuropathy. Physical signs: weight loss,
yellowish complexion, moist skin, pale and fat tongue with tooth marks, greasy coating, and weak and stringy pulse.
Prescription: 7 doses herbs
Follow-up visit on May 7, 2021. The sweating and fear of wind improved significantly, the weight increased by 1kg, and the complexion improved.
